Massage therapy tree hundred (300) hours and Chiropractic Assistance six hundred (600) hours, these courses are not required California State Board Examination. However, this training program will qualify student who want to take the National Exam for Massage Therapy.

MASSAGE THERAPY / CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT CLASS SCHEDULE

DAY CLASS:            MONDAY  -  THURSDAY     9:00AM -  5:30PM
EVENING CLASS:    MONDAY  -  THURSDAY     3:00PM -  9:00PM

Massage therapy 300 hours training including: 100 hours of technical instruction, 150 hours of practical operation and 50 hours of practicum (practice on client)

The massage training course for both technical instruction and operation, using technique of Effleurage, Petrisage, Friction, Tapotement and Vibration, the result of this massage technique to produce such as: relaxation, injury rehabilitation, pain relief, and athletic preparedness or recovery, health improvement, and emotional or physical well – being.

Chiropractic Assistant 600 hours training including: 200 hours of technical instruction, 250 hours of practical operation and 150 hours practicum (practice on client)

Chiropractic Assistant course is also a continue training program, after finished 300 hours of massage therapy, the practitioner who has received training in the theory practice of massage, and it competent to used massage as a means of promoting pain relief, injury rehabilitation or health improvement.

Massage Therapy & Chiropractic Assistant Course Completion: Student will receive the "Certificate of Completion" for graduation; this certificate to verify the qualification of graduator from Northern California Vocational College and the students may qualify for local permit or license for operation.

Massage Therapy (300hrs) and Chiropractic Assistant are not required
state board exam and “Exempt from Article 7”
