  Class B (400 hrs) Contractor General - Class C10 (296 hrs) Contractor Electrical – Class C27 (296 hrs) Contractor Plumbing all construction courses required State Board Exam to license , and graduator will receive the “Certificate of completion“. Construction Management does not required to take state examination.

The curriculum of each constructing course is qualify to take Construction State Board License (CSBL) and each constructing program including two parts:
  1. California contractors license law.
     
  2. Contractor’s Trade
The following courses indicate the clock hour and instructional of each constructing course:

 Conduits & Installation . National Electrical Codes ( NEC) . Electrical Symbol and Abbreviation . Electrical Loads . Distribution Panel . Circuit Breakers . Switches & Outlets Lighting.

Class C/27 Contractor Landscaping: total 296 hours including 176 hours California contractors license law , 12 hours of trade C /27 Contractor Landscaping.

   SAT 8:00AM - 5:00PM

California Contractor License Laws - Excavation Trenches & Earthwork – Soil Properties – Earth Retaining System – Environmental Regulation – Irrigation Types & Installation – Electrical Wiring & safety – Plant & Establishment.
