  Class B (400 hrs) Contractor General - Class C10 (296 hrs) Contractor Electrical – Class C27 (296 hrs) Contractor Plumbing all construction courses required State Board Exam to license , and graduator will receive the “Certificate of completion“. Construction Management does not required to take state examination.

The curriculum of each constructing course is qualify to take Construction State Board License (CSBL) and each constructing program including two parts:
  1. California contractors license law.
     
  2. Contractor’s Trade
The following courses indicate the clock hour and instructional of each constructing course:

Class B / Contractor General: total four hundred (400) hours including 176 hours California contractors license law , 224 hours general contractor trade B.

M - TH 5:00PM - 9:00PM
   SAT 8:00AM - 5:00PM

California contractor license laws . Business Management , Labor , health and safety code . General building construction. . Concrete . Carpentry and Roofing . Masonry . Electrical . Plumbing . HVCA . Painting & Decorating . Drywall , plaster & Insulation . Flooring . The final course is Contractors License Examination preparation.
