  Class B (400 hrs) Contractor General - Class C10 (296 hrs) Contractor Electrical – Class C27 (296 hrs) Contractor Plumbing all construction courses required State Board Exam to license , and graduator will receive the “Certificate of completion“. Construction Management does not required to take state examination.

The curriculum of each constructing course is qualify to take Construction State Board License (CSBL) and each constructing program including two parts:
  1. California contractors license law.
     
  2. Contractor’s Trade
The following courses indicate the clock hour and instructional of each constructing course:

Contractor Framing: In this course students will learn how to build the structure of a house. This would include floor framing, wall framing, ceiling framing, and roof framing. Students will also learn about different types of exterior siding and trim and installation. This course prepares the student for a good paying job for those wanting to work outdoors
